The South African FinTech Awards recognise the individuals and organisations driving innovation across the financial services industry.
Whether you're nominating your own organisation or recognising the achievements of another, every nomination helps celebrate excellence, inspire innovation and showcase the very best of South African fintech.
Before submitting your nomination, please note the following:

Self-nominations and third-party nominations are welcome.

You may submit multiple nominations across different award categories.

Please select the award category that best matches the nominee's achievements.

Have your supporting information ready, including key achievements, measurable impact and any supporting documents or links.

Shortlisted finalists will be invited to submit additional information and supporting evidence for review by the independent judging panel.
Here's what happens next:
1. Nomination Review
FINASA reviews all nominations to confirm eligibility and completeness.
2. Finalist Shortlisting
Eligible nominations are assessed and a shortlist of finalists is compiled.
3. Finalist Submission
Shortlisted finalists will be invited to submit additional information and supporting evidence for consideration by the independent judging panel.
4. Independent Judging
Our panel of independent industry experts evaluates each finalist against the published judging criteria.
5. Winners Announced
Winners are revealed at the South African FinTech Awards 2026 Gala.
