FINASA was established in 2022 to create a stronger, more connected fintech ecosystem in South Africa.

Kagisho is the Co-Founder and Chairman of FINASA, where he champions innovation, digital inclusion and the growth of South Africa's fintech ecosystem. A strategic business leader with extensive experience in digital transformation, business architecture and ecosystem development, he is passionate about expanding access to economic opportunities through technology and ensuring the fintech industry has a strong voice in shaping the future of financial services.

Darren is the Co-Founder and CEO of FINASA, where he works to strengthen collaboration across South Africa's fintech ecosystem and drive meaningful engagement between industry, regulators and policymakers. With more than a decade of experience supporting fintech growth across Africa and other emerging markets, he is a recognised industry leader, advisor and speaker with expertise spanning digital banking, payments, lending, RegTech and digital assets.

As COO of FINASA, Danielle is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and execution of our strategy.
